My yoga path has carried me through many forms of yoga, from Iyenger to yin, through many landscapes, and many seasons of life.
Orginally from Estonia, moving between many countries and towns has continually reshaped my understanding of what it means to return home toi the body.
Along the way, injuries and chronic illness became some of my greatest teachers - slowing me down, deepening my listening and patience, and guiding that I now anchor in my sessions.
