A grounded introduction to somatic breathwork.

Experience the breath as a doorway into the body, mind and nervous system through conscious connected breathing.

This class offers a feel for the style of work that I will be bringing to Replenish throughout the year.

You will be guided through a short practice supported by music and clear facilitation to release stress and tension, clear stagnant energy, and regulate and connect deeply to yourself
