This class is a slow, grounding yoga class suitable for everyone.
The practice focuses on longer- held, accessible postures, gentle standing and floor work, and steady breathing with an  emphasis on extended exhalation to calm the nervous system.
All about creating stability - physically, mentally, and emotionally - rather than pushing for flexibility or intensity. Movements are simple and adaptable, allowing you to work at your own pace and meet your body where it is.
ideal if you are feeling busy, tense, run-down, or simply wanying a steadier, more nourishing practice.
